National online training platform for the benefit of public officials was developed as part of cooperation between the Prime Ministry, the National School of Administration (ENA) and the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
The National School of Administration is a public institution of an administrative nature. It is under the supervision of the Prime Minister and has a budget linked to the general state budget.
The ENA carries out the following missions:
Basic training for the benefit of senior and middle managers by preparing them for the exercise of administrative functions in various state structures (ministerial offices, administrative courts, control bodies, Court of Auditors, central and regional administrations, and local authorities).
The formation continues and the development of the skills of active administrative agents.
Preparing and upgrading administrative leaders in order to provide them with the capacity to conceptualize and manage reform and modernization programs in line with the priorities of administrative development and good governance.
Consultations administrative research and strategic monitoring as well as comparative studies on the reform and modernization of public administration and the inventory of good practices in the field of public management.
Communication and administrative pedagogy to disseminate knowledge around administrative sciences and modern public management techniques, through the organization of conferences, meetings and study days on priority themes related to administrative reforms and development programs Economic and Social

The National School of Finance is responsible for meeting the needs of the Ministry of Finance in all areas of training and in particular:
- Initial training for those admitted to external competitions organized by the Ministry of Finance for access to training cycles for central inspectors, inspectors and financial services inspection officers.
- Introductory training in professional life for the benefit of inspectors, inspection attachés and financial services controllers, newly recruited following their admissions to external competitions organized by the Ministry of Finance.
- Continuing training for the benefit of agents of the Ministry of Finance.
- The promotion of skills by:
- The organization of training sessions for the benefit of Ministry of Finance staff in the areas of taxation, public accounting, the financial sector, IT, new technologies and languages.
- The organization of training sessions for the benefit of Ministry of Finance staff of different grades with a view to preparing them for internal competitions organized by the Ministry of Finance
- The organization of seminars and study days for the benefit of executives of the Ministry of Finance, economic establishments and companies and professions related to the financial sector.
- Carrying out and publishing research and studies, particularly of a tax, financial and accounting nature.

The Higher Institute of Magistracy : is a public administrative establishment with legal personality and financial autonomy. The institute reports to the Minister of Justice and its mission is the initial and continuing training of magistrates as well as the training of registry staff, judicial officers and legal executives from sister and friendly countries within the framework of cooperation international.
The Higher Institute of the Judiciary:
Offers varied and different training, dedicated to different groups of learners.
The institute carries out 6 main missions:
- Initial training of justice auditors
- Continuing training of magistrates
- Training of military court magistrates
- Training of advisors from the Ministry of State Property and Land Affairs
- Training of court registry agents and other agents whose functions involve the performance of judicial or legal acts, whether they are attached to the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights or to other ministries
Training of court officers, namely bailiffs, notaries, legal experts and sworn interpreters

The Decentralization Training and Support Center:
Is a public administrative establishment created in 1994 and subject to the supervision of the Ministry of the Interior.
The Center for Training and Support for Decentralization represents a pioneering experience for the Tunisian State in the Arab world and in Africa. It is the regional center and the only public institution specialized in the development and improvement of the efficiency and management capacities of executives and agents in the sector.
